Our nearly 400 m² store offers an extensive selection of CCM, True, and Warrior equipment, along with many other brands—including high-quality Howies tape, wax, and accessories.

The store also features a full-service Blackstone FBV sharpening and maintenance station, allowing you to fine-tune your ideal balance of glide and bite. In addition, our shooting area provides a wide range of test sticks so you can find the perfect fit—no need to buy blindly at Hockey Base!

Beyond our broad product selection, the store includes a skate-fitting foot scanner to ensure not only the correct size and fit, but also the best possible skate model for each customer.

The store is managed by Sami Mustonen, who joined Hockey Base from the KalPa Pro Shop. Before starting his new role, Sami expanded his expertise through additional training, enabling Blackstone FBV sharpening to be performed in Kuopio with top-level professionalism. With Sami’s skill and the Hockey Base product range, The New Era of Hockey has arrived in Kuopio!
